Agreement Between Emory University and LTWA
On 11th June 2010 an agreemnt was signed between the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives and Emory University. The purose of the agreement is to bring modern science education to Tibetan monastics and bring the Tibetan science of mind into modern education by developing and implementing a comprehensive and sustainable science education program for Tibetan monks and nuns. The agreement was signed by Geshe Lhakdor, Director, LTWA and Dr. Rosemary Magee, Vice President and Secretary of the University, in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
